Review of Metamorphosis by Stephie Walls

Fantastic read, sucks you in from the very first page. I would have to say that this is probably one of the best books I’ve read this year, the writing is fantastic and the plot so original and well thought-out. Cam is a no nonsense bank CEO who is missing something from life. She’s suffered a great loss in her past and remains closed off to love because of it. Dax knows from first laying eyes on Cam that he needs her as his submissive, the only problem is that Cam keeps blowing him off. When an absolute tragedy happens to Cam, Dax never leaves her side and helps her through her long, rough recovery.

I can’t say much without giving spoilers but this is a heart wrenching story. The writing makes the things Cam goes through hit really close to home. It’s definitely a relatable story and the characters are well developed and well written. This is the first book I’ve read by Stephanie Walls but it won’t be the last. I look forward to reading more from her. I highly recommend this book!
